STOIC-INFORMED RECOVERY EDUCATION

Four Virtues Recovery.

Ancient Wisdom. Modern Recovery.

Recovery is about more than leaving addiction behind. It is about developing the strength to face life’s challenges, making choices guided by personal values, and building a meaningful future. OUR APPROACH

A Different Approach to Recovery.

FVR draws on the four cardinal virtues of Stoic philosophy and practical ideas found in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Its approach goes beyond avoiding substance use to explore how individuals can respond to difficult thoughts and feelings, strengthen their values, and make choices that support recovery.

Learn about FVR
Recovery is not only about changing behaviour. It is also about building a life guided by what matters.
